Mentorship for

Mindset & Well-Being

  • Mindset & Well-Being Mentorship

Our students receive 1:1 mentorship where they are guided by tools to activate well-being and cultivate a healthy mindset for life.

Students bring their individual issues to mentorship & tailored support is offered to them using our module framework.

  • Monthly Group Call: Mutual Aid

Through the power of group fellowship, our students are invited to join optional monthly calls to participate with like-minded students in discussion, activities, workshops, and the space to share their experiences.

Our students offer one another mutual aid and peer-to-peer perspectives on themes important to them.

  • Private Podcast & Resource Library

Recognizing the challenging pace our students maintain, we have a dedicated private podcast for our mentorship students. The podcast covers all things meditation, mindset, well-being, and the perspectives of invited experts.

Our resource library holds recorded meditations & other helpful tools for students to access on demand.

  • Mentorship Structure

The mentorship structures mirrors the semester pace for students—we offer mentorship during Semester 1 & 2 of the academic year.

The individual and group session are offered online, providing our students with 1:1 support & the ease of connecting outside of school without any additional travel time or formality.

Navigating the challenges of adolescence in the 21st century is a unique journey: power and infinite resources at our fingertips in the digital world & the ever-present external noise vying for attention.

Along with the real academic pressures to perform well & build a profile for life after school, students need to navigate the timeless journey of self-discovery.

Who am I? What do I want from life? How can I navigate challenges in my life? What makes me happy?

These are all real questions students face—finding the time and space outside of school to answer such questions is critical.

Apollo Mentorship seeks to help students navigate this process and support their growth as individuals—it's about nurturing the whole student and establishing lifelong practices for balance, resilience, and self-discovery.
